On-site garage equipment repairs across the South West
A dead lift is not one problem, it is every job booked into that bay. The same goes for a compressor that has stopped, a brake tester that will not read or an MOT bay that cannot be used until something is signed off. The repair is rarely the expensive part — the downtime is.
Our engineers work across Bristol and the South West with vans stocked for the equipment we know we are going to meet, because most of it is equipment we supplied and fitted in the first place. That is the practical advantage of buying from a dealer that still has its own workshop: the person who arrives has usually seen the machine before.
Where we can, it is fixed on the visit. Where a part has to be ordered, we will tell you what it is and when it is coming rather than leave you guessing and rearranging bookings around a maybe.
The same engineers install and commission new equipment, which is why installation is not a separate conversation with a separate company. A lift that we fitted, we know the site of.

3 productsOn-site Repairs — questions we get asked
Do you cover my area?
Bristol and the South West. Ring with a postcode and we will tell you straight away.
Are they your own engineers?
Yes, not subcontractors. Most of them have seen the equipment before because we fitted it.
Will it be fixed on the visit?
Where the part is on the van, yes. Where something has to be ordered we will tell you what and when rather than leave it open.
Do you install new equipment on site as well?
Yes — installation and commissioning are done by the same engineers who service it afterwards.
